John K. Koeckert is a regenerative food system economist and co- initiator of a European-wide transformation network inspired by South Korea’s Hansalim cooperative. He coordinates its Norwegian chapter, co-founded Oslo’s Food Up farmers market, and lectures on impact entrepreneurship in Africa and Europe. He holds a BA in corporate management and a master’s in digital innovation.
