Monica has been working as a fieldworker and teacher in organic horticulture for 18 years in SJH. Her focus has been on vegetables, herbs and in the later year’s seed production. Long experience with connection and sale between local farmers and consumers. Her drive is practical research for better understanding and developing growing systems that benefit the soil, insects and people.
