Stephen Barstow is a perennial vegetable grower, former KVANN leader, and author of Around the World in 80 Plants. He is an Allium researcher at Ringve Botanical Garden. At The Edible Garden near Trondheim, he has trialed over 8,000 edible plants and manages KVANN’s Vegetable Sanctuary.
